The crude methanolic extract of the flowers part was fractionated on column chromatography, and eluted with dichloromethane/methanol each time with increasing polarity of methanol; 24 fractions were separated. One of these fractions named F16 showed more antioxidant activity to scavenge DPPH free radical with percentage inhibition of 94.849 %. F16 was separated by thin-layer chromatography (TLC) to give 10 compounds. We were chosen the sub-fractions F16.8, which has antioxidative activity of 77.02 %, provided two major molecules of glycosyl the flavones, analysed by ultra-highperformance liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (UHPLC-DAD-HRSM). 本文首次分离鉴定了产自阿尔及利亚特莱姆森村Lakhdar Oued地区开花期景天(Sedum villosum L)的两种黄酮糖基。花部分粗甲醇提取物经柱层析分离,每次用二氯甲烷/甲醇洗脱,甲醇极性递增;共分离了24个馏分。其中F16对DPPH自由基具有较强的抗氧化活性,抑制率为94.849%。F16经薄层色谱分离得到10个化合物。选取抗氧化活性为77.02%的黄酮类化合物F16.8亚组分,采用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用(UHPLC-DAD-HRSM)对其进行分析。化合物1为7,3′-二羟黄酮-5- o -二己基-4′- o -脱氧己糖,化合物2为7,3′-二羟黄酮-5- o -己糖-4′- o -脱氧己糖。
