Competence-based knowledge management in project oriented organisations in bi-adaptive context

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the design of model knowledge management within the framework of the organisation competence breakdown structure. The researches on knowledge management in project management are analysed. Identified difficulties in obtaining knowledge from the information field of organisation context. The proposed approach based on a model of organisational knowledge management processes. On the example of the project risk management process, a model for improving knowledge is proposed. The bi-adaptive context of knowledge management of a project-oriented organisation is considered.
