STUDI DESKRIPTIF KEMATANGAN KARIER SISWA SMP PGRI 384 RENDEH

Abstract

Junior high school students who are in the adolescent phase are able to think and plan for their future. Career maturity in junior high school students is needed to assist these students in choosing their goals and majors in further education which will later be oriented towards career choices. In this study, researchers describe career maturity in terms of gender and aspects of career maturity. The purpose of this study is to describe the career maturity of students at SMP PGRI 384 Rendeh. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that in terms of gender and aspects of career maturity, students of SMP PGRI 384 Rendeh have career maturity in the medium category.Keywords:  career maturity, junior high school students
