Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of the measured induction of the magnetic field on the stator surface of an induction motor, according to monitoring data, and signal extraction, which reflects the change in motor parameters to predict its condition, period and further operation. “Step- detection” algorithms allow you to determine the point of change of parameters. It is established that the process of analyzing the signal is influenced by noise caused by the presence of working electrical equipment and its on-off. Conducting a signal filtering with a moving average method with different weights can double the accuracy of the result. The combination of the Changepoint and CUSUM methods for determining the point of change of the signal can significantly improve the accuracy, as well as the calculation of the values of the initial and final signal levels. For this, the signal change point is localized based on the cumulative sum method by the CUSUM function, and then refined using the Changepoint function. The results obtained allow us to quantify the performance of the induction motor.
