The result was Emotional Intelligence has positive and significant towards Job performance and Job satisfaction, then Job satisfaction have positive effects and significant towards Job performance, and employee job satisfaction has mediating effect midst Emotional Intelligence also employee performance. Abstract
—This watchfulness is aimed to analyze the effect of Emotional Intelligence to Job performance through job satisfaction. The watchfulness was implemented with 251 of sample from Private Hospital.
