A proposal for critical legal education. Application in the subject "Legal regime of administrative action"

Abstract

This paper formulates a proposal for a critical legal education. The objectives of this proposal are to demonstrate the flexibility of the law and policy evaluations as part of legal reasoning. Also intended to include within the teaching of law the analysis of the effects of rules in society, the political and moral assessment of the right, and opportunity to propose alternatives to the legal regulation. The work also details specific activities to implement these aspects.
