The realities of the current cognitive and value situation in the global society of knowledge and information raise the problem of academic integrity of the University in the face of the latest cognitive and value challenges. Plagiarism, along with corruption and other socio-institutional problems in academic education, put forward the need to develop the latest methodological solutions. Modern requirements for the novelty of scientific research and educational methods, technologies, etc., entail another problem - the feeling and understanding of scientists, educators, especially young people, social responsibility to themselves as an individual and society, which spends taxpayers’ money for the development of education and science. In the conditions of information hybrid war, the position of a scientist and an educator is the position, first of all, of a citizen who defends the values of the Ukrainian people and their education and science. The current geopolitical and socio-cultural situation in Ukraine has brought to life the latest scientific approaches in the field of philosophy and sociolinguistics.
