Abstract

A simple tissue optical clearing method was developed based on Clear, which can clear Neonatal (P2) whole-brain within one day. The optical clearing efficacy of adult mice brain samples is much more than that of Clear and Clear. The developed optical clearing method does not affect the EGFP fluorescence.
