Abstract

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is generally used as a process to create and develop new ideas and innovations in business and organizations which is praised by world-ranked organizations as an effective process to increase creativity and problem-solving ideas. However, not many facilitators have proper business experience to counsel and lead LSP activity for the business group, which limits them in facilitating the clients with an elaborate idea for a business. On the other hand, the new seven dimensions of the Business Model Eco System (BMES) consist of business dimensions and models which can be effectively used to discuss and analyses the whole business model environment.
