A Precise Tracking Method Of VTR Using Buried Pilot Signals

Abstract

In order t o use narrower tracks in VTR, we controlled the positions of the recording/playback heads with actuators by pilot signals so as t o align the head scanning trace with the standardized track pattern, or with the recorded track.
