Combined with the motion mode of shipborne platform, the echo signal of rotating target is analyzed. The influence of ship-swaying is eliminated by delayed conjugated multiplication processing. A set of micro-Doppler (m-D) basis-signals are constructed. Thus after sparse decomposition processing, the m-D features of every scatter are successively extracted according to the coefficients. Abstract
