Roadmap to safe and controllable international logistics supply chain system

Abstract

In order to meet the challenges of “localization”,”regionalization” and “diversification” of supply chain in developed countries and enhance China's long-term competitiveness in the global supply chain, it is necessary to take the “The Belt and Road” area as a breakthrough and plan the roadmap of China's international logistics supply chain system systematically. This paper proposes the specific roadmap: first, the basic chassis of “channel + hub + industry” of diversified channels, multi-level hubs and multi type industries are built; second, the major supports of “enterprise + platform + mechanism” of first-class enterprises, service platforms and a set of mechanisms are improved; third, tasks of “green + Finance + intelligence” of green concept, financial security and intelligent technology are upgraded.
