Abstract

Abstract This text analyzes the regulations and the first actions to implement the 2017 High School Reform in Para, through documentary research, content analysis and the categories management, full-time, curriculum, financing and public-private relations, concluding that, contrary to social interests, the joint action of the Secretariat and the State Council of Education has failed to regulate a proposal for secondary education capable of expanding the quality socially referenced to the last stage of Basic Education.  Keywords: Educational Policy.
