These investigations may be divided in three groups: studies carried out on cell cultures, studies on animal models and case reports describing applications of pulsed electric fields for treatment of cancer patients. Very important is to chose adequate methods of measuring the cell damage and speaking more generally - cell response to stress. In Kharkov University various investigations in the area of cell response to electromagnetic influences were carried out and some new methods were proposed. Abstract
