Abstract

This paper introduces the topology structure of a step-down switching power supply and the simulation model, for the purpose of researching the modulation strategy and solution of PWM pulse width. The simulation software Cadence is used to assist the design of the step-down switching power circuit, and the simulation results could be acquired in this way. In this paper, we will present many aspects of the new technology, including transformer and circuit design, new topologies, the use of higher switching frequencies, and integrated PWM chips.
