This problem can be solved by efficient Vertical Handover (VHO) algorithms. In this research paper, we present Vertical Handover Decision Algorithm (VHDA) based on Network Fitness Function. The input parameters considered in VHDA are Received Signal Strength (RSS), bandwidth, cost and user velocity. Abstract
