Abstract
RFID technology, USB communication technology, on-line battery internal resistance monitoring technology and virtual instrument host computer scheme with database technique was adopted to establish an original VRLAB detection and maintenance system, whilst the software and hardware design was completed. Current system has solved the problem of wasting time and workforce existing in the VRLAB when detecting battery capacity, in the mean time, battery maintenance and estimate of the impaired capability could also be achieved. Process of experiment suggested that current system has considerably improved the efficiency of capacity measurement and maintenance of the VRLAB, meanwhile, accuracy of discretion could be improved. The cost of battery detection and maintenance has been saved exactly.
