Neural interpolator for image recognition in the process of microdevice assembly

Abstract

The neural interpolator for the image recognition system is proposed. The system is developed and used for the microassembly process. The system permits us to increase the assembly process precision. A pin-to-hole insertion task was used to test the developed system.
