However, the implementation of the contra flow bus lane has an impact on the performance of signalized intersections along Jalan Brigjen Slamet Riyadi, one of which is the Nonongan Empat Junction. This study aims to streamline the timing of the APILL signal by using a double cycle at the Simpang Empat Nonongan. Evaluation of intersection performance uses a simulation modeling approach with the VISSIM simulation program. The results of the Base output performance of the VISSIM simulation model with the existing signal time are compared with the VISSIM simulation model scenario using a double cycle signal time. The use of double cycle signal time shows the intersection performance is more effective than using the existing signal time. Abstract
