The traditional multi-dimensional dynamic list scheduling algorithm (MDLS) can be used to solve this problem, but the MDLS is hard to achieve optimal scheduling of the tasks and resources, because the weighted length (WL) method, which is the commonly used tasks selected method in MDLS, lacks optimal mapping relationships between the tasks to be executed and currently executable platform resources. To solve this problem, a novel optimal scheduling method of tasks and resources based on MDLS is proposed by improving the calculation method of complex task priority factors in WL. Compared to the traditional MDLS method, the proposed method can effectively improve the task completion rate under the limited resources.
