Abstract

In the paper, a novel numerical method in the frequency domain of analyzing the Doppler effect of an arbitrarily shaped PEC object in uniform motion is proposed. The frame hopping technique and electric integral equation method are used to get the spectrum of the scattering field. After changing the order of operators on the surface current of the PEC object, no Fourier transformation need to be implemented to get the spectrum of the scattering field in the frame at rest with respect to the observer which makes the method efficient.
