Abstract
This paper proposes to adopt the goal-oriented computing as a paradigm of computing and software development for industrial ubiquitous computing. We analyze several planning techniques and conclude that partial conditional HTN is most appropriate for goal-oriented computing within the pervasive industrial environment, in view of software engineering.
