The purpose of this article is to analyze the features and prospects for the development of the process of using modern technologies in the educational process in the context of the study of the global trend of digitalization, which determines the digital transformation of education in the future. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the determination that digital education is not a substitute for traditional education, but an effective addition to the quality provision of educational services thanks to the introduction of advanced technologies into the educational process in accordance with the technological challenges of the present and future.
