At same time, the paper analyzed the error source of strip steel length calculation and gave revision measure of strip steel length. Abstract

In order to get a whole quality data of a volume of rolled strip steel, the paper established one data acquiring and analytical system based on high speed industry Internet. which collects real-time parameters of strip size and shape.
