However, state of the art solutions have focused on utilizing charging stations but ignored the emerging battery swapping stations. In this paper, we argue that EV battery swapping stations may play an important role in smart grid regulation as well, especially when combining with clusters of data center servers. We propose a novel integrated system that can optimize the regulation capacity while maintaining the quality of the service provided by battery swapping station. Our strategy incorporates novel algorithms that leverage historical information in decision making process.
