In the delay module, the LTCC microwave multilayer is used in the substrate, the delay is realized by GaAs MMIC delay chip, and the assembly is realized by micro-assembly process. The power / control interface of the module adopts J30JM low frequency connector, which is flexible to plug and pull, and the high frequency interface is in the form of SSMA interface.
