INTERAKSI ANTARA PENDIDIK DAN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PANDANGAN ISLAM

Abstract

The interaction of an educator with students where educators act as mentors and students as students, this interaction is based on the teaching and learning process. This study discusses the interaction between educators and students on the educational aspect. Interaction in the educational aspect, educators convey ideas/ideas to students so that the objectives of teaching and learning activities can be achieved properly. The purpose of this research is that students can optimally gain broad knowledge that has been given by educators. In this study, researchers used a quantitative method by collecting data through literature that discussed: the interaction of educators with students in Islamic education, the process of teaching and learning and the morals of educators when teaching students. As an educator, he should be able to motivate and equip his students' learning in accordance with the times.
