Abstract

A spiral antenna that can receive circularly polarized (CP) waves at two frequencies which are in the ratio of 3 to 8 is suggested in this presentation. Antennas for receivers of satellite signals demand wide beam widths and multi-bands which are in the ratio of 3 to 8. Spiral/loop antennas have advantages of wide bands and wide beam widths compared to patch antennas. For these reasons, the Cross Spiral Antenna (CSA) invented by one of the authors is chosen as a basic structure.
