Legal aspects of the construction of oil-and-gas facilities

Abstract

The economy of the state is connected and largely depends on construction. Currently, the design, construction and operation of oil and gas facilities plays a significant role and is a determining factor. The article presents the characteristics of the oil and gas complex facilities, analyzes the legislative acts related to this area, identifies the main risks and measures to prevent them at especially dangerous facilities.
