Thus, this study is to assess KM readiness level of BATAN, a research institution in Indonesia. The KM readiness framework was validated by 3 experts, weighted by 8 experts using the Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) and processed using 151 respondent data. Abstract

Research institutions typically rely heavily on the ability and performance of researchers who may works within various disciplines. As the current researchers are aging and will retire at some point in time, the institutions must have prepared their junior researchers to continue the research work.
