To provide strength and reduce the chances of puncture, fabrics like Nylon and Polyester are reinforced with the rubber and vulcanised. This paper shows the process for obtaining and manufacturing these materials. Abstract

: The present paper reviews an air spring, its types and construction, manufacturing process, testing and process of FEA analysis.
