Finally, a case study is carried out based on the survey data from Changchun's city rail transportation system. Abstract

The quality of urban rail transport service has a direct influence on users’ propensity to use it. It is beneficial to evaluate the quality of urban rail transit operating service from the standpoint of user loyalty in order to improve the quality of the service.
