Initially, the tweets were extracted based on the hashtags, and the location-based analysis is performed using geocoding. In this study, various types of technological challenges are identified, and the most influential factor is determined. It gives better results when this research is carried on developing countries like India. Abstract

Electronic learning is a formalized teaching-learning service using electronic resources.
