Abstract
Design curves for 3D reinforced composite laminated double cantilever beams (DCB) are developed and presented. Z-pin and stitch reinforcements are considered. These curves may be used by designers and analysts in specifying Z-pin and stitch fields for preliminary design to arrest the progression of delaminations in laminated composite structures.
