Abstract

Road anomalies, such as potholes and speed bumps, are a nuisance and a source of annoyance to drivers and road users. This nuisance can affect the mobility and fluidity of road transport and can even lead to road accidents. In order to avoid such issues, drivers should be able to notice and be warned of any upcoming anomaly on their path. This paper proposes a safe navigation system called "NaviSaf" that warns drivers of road anomalies on their paths.
