Registration of biomechanical characteristics was carried out on the basis of the use of an optical system for three-dimensional video analysis of movements. Abstract

The process of physical education ensures the implementation of its goals, first of all, by performing various physical exercises, which are aimed at directly solving two main groups of problems.
