The first task is associated with the development of physical (motor) qualities and the second task is aimed at the formation of human motor actions.The purpose of the study is to build a model of the biomechanical parameters of the technique of squatting with a barbell on the chest in the process of sports training of weightlifters based on the use of the system-symmetric method of cognition of biological systems. The application of this method is based on the idea of studying the biomechanical structure of the technique of squatting with a barbell on the chest as an object of symmetry.Research methods and organization: The experiment is based on the idea of studying the biomechanical structure of the squatting technique with a barbell on the chest as an object of symmetry. Registration of biomechanical characteristics was carried out on the basis of the use of an optical system for three-dimensional video analysis of movements.
