Abstract

In the process of product manufacturing, the application of simulation technology enables designers to evaluate the design scheme of products more accurately at the early stage of design, thereby improving the efficiency of product development and reducing the development cost. Simulation technology as an important means in the process of product development, the credibility of simulation model will directly affect the speed of product development. The calibration technology of simulation model is an important means to improve the credibility of simulation model. This paper proposes a method for calibrating simulation model based on physical and simulation tests. Firstly, the parameters to be calibrated are classified into stable parameters and floating parameters. Then the stable parameters are calibrated and corrected directly by physical test data.
