THE CROSS-CLASSIFICATION MODEL WAS FOUND TO BE AN ACCEPTABLE MEANS FOR SIMULATING AND PREDICTING OUTDOOR RECREATION TRAVEL FLOWS AND WAS DECIDEDLY SUPERIOR TO ANY OF THE SINGLE-EQUATION MODELS EVALUATED. Abstract
