Personas have been used to represent staff members at Otago University, which were discussed alongside barriers and drivers for ST and initiatives for change. This report highlights the most common barrier and effective actions that would benefit a diverse range of people. Key questions have been reflected throughout the report, such as how age and gender impact the way people use ST. How do societal structures impact how different groups interact with ST? Can different actions or solutions be found by focusing on demographics?
