Abstract

: The research aims to identify the reality of the work of training and quality units in accredited kindergartens, in addition to developing training and quality units in the light of the learning organization, The researcher made a questionnaire to identify the work of the reality of training and quality units in kindergartens, It was applied to (62) accredited kindergartens in Mina Governorate, The results of the research have revealed the weakness of the reality of training and quality units in approved kindergartens, and the research ended with some recommendations and suggested research.
