The study has been conducted from October to November 2011, on the nurses in three public hospitals in Ankara. Without sampling, 323 (65%) questionnaires returned from the 500 given out. Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Scale developed by Meyer and Allen (1991) to analyze the nurses organizational commitment level and Rewards and Promotion Scale developed by Miller (1967) to define their opinions about professional incentives were used.
