This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Where qualitative research is research that aims to understand a phenomenon experienced by a person such as a phenomenon about behavior, perception, motivation, by describing it in the form of words and language in a special natural context. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study were all teachers at SD X. The criteria for the subjects in this study were all teachers who taught on average more than 3 years totaling about 6 teachers. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation and inductive data analysis conclusions. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was used by means of triangulation. The results of the study show that the forms of bullying that occur in SD X are in the form of verbal and physical bullying. The teacher's role in preventing bullying is carried out in various ways, for example by way of group or classical guidance, individual guidance, conducting coaching activities at the end of the semester and the beginning of the semester, if bullying is in the severe category the teacher will collaborate with parents in advising students. about bullying behavior.
