Abstract

This paper discusses a comparative study based on a quantitative analysis of the simulation results of three control strategies dedicated to the three-phase bidirectional AC / DC converter. The control techniques are named as follows: Voltage Oriented Control (VOC), Classical Direct Power Control (C-DPC) and Fuzzy Logic Direct Power Control (FL-DPC). To conduct a comparison research, these three techniques will be simulated using the Matlab/Simulink environment under the identical parameters (period, voltage, filter, load, etc.). Furthermore, the dynamic performances are assessed while accounting for the quick settling time and overshoot during steady state and startup.
