Abstract

This study aims to determine the services of the University of Kutai Kartanegara measured based on the satisfaction of the people of West Kutai using the Community Satisfaction Index. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses the analysis of the Community Satisfaction Index with the results of the data in the form of pictures and words arranged in the form of sentences. The study was conducted in West Kutai from April to July 2022. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation methods.
