Abstract
This paper presents a new assistance tool for the orthopaedic surgeons and their surgeries. In order to have good results, the surgeons have to define the best prosthesis for his patients. Our software is a tool that leads them through the good decision. Its application is done upstream the surgery, during the preoperative stage. From the radiographies of the patients, our application defines the best prosthesis thanks to different available semi-automatic tools. So, we define an original algorithm decision-making aid allowing to manage both the good of an adequate prosthesis and the postoperative study (after the surgery). Our study, has to be flexible (sensory genius) in order to motivate the surgeon with planning and so to allow him to save time during this step.
