Temperature control is carried out according to a set program in accordance with the measured outdoor temperature. Analysis of the results of evaluating the effectiveness of regulation using data from the metering unit for thermal energy and coolant. Satisfactory correspondence between the design and actual heat loads of the building in the process of regulation was noted, and a methodology for economic analysis of the heat metering results was proposed. Abstract
