Giving Rewards is done by giving Stickers to students who are able to answer questions correctly. Pretest and posttest outcomes were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. data analysis used by researchers is the normality test, paired sample t-test and N-Gain test. The results showed that the average pretest score was 46 and the posttest average score was 82. This means that there was an increase of 36%, apart from that the results of the paired sample t-test analysis also showed a significance of 0, so H0 was rejected.
