Abstract

The Photocurable 3D printers are increasingly used due to their high accuracy, rapid prototyping and other advantages, among which the post-processing has become an important part. The existing post-processing equipment and process of 3D printing products mainly meet the functional requirements, while ignoring the human-machine-environment relationship. In this paper, Solid Works was used to build 3D models, and Jack 9.0 software was used to create a simulation environment. The post-processing was simulated and analyzed, the unreasonable design was found, and corresponding improvement suggestions were given based on the simulation results.
