Abstract

Skill training platform is an important support for the training of skill talents. Both virtual simulation training platform and real equipment training platform have their own advantages, and hybrid simulation training platform takes into account the characteristics of both. It is combined with the actual post better to meet the demand of students' practical training. In this paper, the framework model of hybrid simulation skill training platform is established through its performance requirements. And taking the intelligent substation as an example, hybrid simulation skill training platform is built to provide the high immersion training conditions for substation operators, which obtains satisfactory results in the training process.
混合仿真技能训练平台的优化设计与应用
技能培训平台是技能人才培养的重要支撑。虚拟仿真训练平台和真实装备训练平台都有各自的优势,混合仿真训练平台兼顾了两者的特点。与实际岗位相结合,更能满足学生实训的需要。本文通过对混合仿真技能培训平台的性能要求,建立了混合仿真技能培训平台的框架模型。并以智能变电站为例,搭建混合仿真技能培训平台,为变电站操作人员提供高浸入式的培训条件,在培训过程中取得了满意的效果。
