This study aims to identify and analyze, 1. Effect between work motivation on employee performance, 2. Effect of labor discipline on the performance of employees, work environment 3. Effect on the performance of employees, 4. The influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 5. Effect of compensation the performance of employees, 6. The effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, and compensation to employee performance.
